Where to Stay in Spain - Eco-friendly Casa Valle de Oro B&B

Monday Morning Photo - Wild Mushrooms in the Sierra Sur de Jaen, Andalucia

The olive groves around my house in the Sierra Sur de Jaen are rife with setas or wild mushrooms. The closer I look the more I see. The varieties, shapes, sizes and colours are astounding. I guess non are edible because if they were my neighbours would have collected them. But I'm on a mission to learn about them before next season's massive glut.
