Cazorla Town and National Park Within its boundaries lie the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada and the highest peak on mainland Spain, Mulhacen. Its diverse, beautiful, wild and yet a garden of paradise where tropical fruits grow. I'm going to share with you a couple of my favourite 'best towns to visit' in Granada Province, which don't include the villages of the Alpujarras - that's another day, another post and another holiday, so huge is Granada! Travel Writer Cordoba and Jaén, Andalucia

It´s been a long while since I posted here on Andalucia Explorer. Life keeps throwing things into  the work-and-family-life mix, not leaving much time for this blog.

My latest project has been writing and researching the Cordoba and Jaén chapter for the new Blue Spain Andalucia guide by Lonely Planet, out in early summer 2023.

Other than than, writing, what should be a fortnightly article, for BeSeeingYou.World.com and my own blogs Luxury Spain Travel and Only Spain Boutique Hotels little time has been spent here, my first foray into blogging.

My other job also racks up many hours meeting people of differing nationalities and travelling around showing them what will hopefully be their new home or holiday home. Yes, I´m an estate agent in Jaén province right up there in the north of Andalucia, almost on the border with the Quixote lands of - Castilla La-Mancha.

My adopted home, since 1996, affords me plenty of fabulous places to visit and write about, even now after all these years.
