After many years away from house and/or pet sitting for others we have returned to offer our services again. We live in the countryside, have our own animals, enjoy off the beaten track properties and peace. We have had dogs (sadly now just the one) cats and chickens. Vegetable gardens, plants, pools and property maintenance are all part and parcel of our experience both for ourselves and for others.
We are Nick and Rachel and have lived in rural Andalucia, Jaén province, since 1996, we both drive, speak Spanish and enjoy the countryside.

We are reliable house sitters with extensive personal experience living in the country and managing animals. We know that looking after a rural Andalucian property requires a unique skill set and pride ourseles on being highly practical, resourceful, and comfortable with country life and off grid properties.

- Confident Animal Care: Hands-on experience handling small and medium dogs, cats and chickens. Understanding and adherance to pet routines, feeding schedules, and how to keep animals calm and happy in their own environment.
- Finca & Rural Savvy: Remote locations and country infrastructure don't intimidate us. We are comfortable with typical rural setups, whether that means managing wood-burning stoves, keeping an eye on solar/water systems, or maintaining property security.
- Resourceful & Independent: We thrive in quiet, rural settings. If a minor issue arises or a storm rolls through we don´t mind, we are problem solvers, and Nick can fix most smaller issues be it electrical or plumbing.
