The Wild Asparagus Hunters are Out and About

It´s that time of year. Cars parked in odd places, the solitary person - usually a man, popping up above a bank or from behind an olive tree. The hunters of the wild aparagus are here. Monday Morning Photo - Above the Clouds on Sierra Sur´s Highest Mountain

Driving up the highest point of the Sierra Sur mountain range in Jaen province to see the sunset, we hit cloud. Thinking that was it, no views tonight, the swirling mist lifted and we were on top of the sea of clouds with rocky peaks surfacing here and there. A bright reddy-orange sunset on one side and this surreal pastel coloured view on the other. The peak of the Sierra de la Pandera is 1,872m above sea level.
